We reserve the right to change the price of the Product at any time; price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, you will be redirected to a download page where you can save the Product to your device immediately. We recommend downloading your copy right away. If your download fails or you lose access to your copy, contact us at ella@puppytrainingchecklist.com — we will make sure you receive it.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
Because the Product is digital content delivered immediately after purchase, by completing your order you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where applicable law permits, the statutory cooling-off period for digital content may be waived once the download begins.
That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a problem with the Product — for example, a corrupted file or failed delivery — contact us at ella@puppytrainingchecklist.com and we will resolve the issue or, where appropriate, issue a refund. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Licence and Permitted Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, view, and print the Product for use within your own household. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or republish the Product, in whole or in part;
